Ayurveda Online Workshop – September 21st

My friend and colleague Alia invited me to talk about Ayurveda on her online training space (AliaOm).

Let’s gather online on Sunday 12th September (10 to 11:30am) to discover this exceptional traditional medicine throught its basics, its benefits and how it can transform your daily life for the best.

Key concepts will be explained : doshas, constitution-prakriti, unbalance-vikriti, six tastes, seasons, food, massages and more in its cultural context but with adaptation to us, in our time and according to where we live.

Workshops Yoga & Dance – 2025/2026 – Saturdays

We will begin with a good yoga practice to let go of our tensions, awaken our body and connect within. Soft improvisation movements exercises using our senses and imagination to let go of our limitations and ground us into the constant movement of the present moment. Freedom, space, movement and music will take us to our own dance. This workshop is a time to welcome the new from within, a time for you to experience yourself differently.

Yoga & Ayurveda – January 31st 2026

Join us with Corine for a wellness day full of Ayurveda and Yoga.

We will travel with Corine through Yoga on chairs in the morning.
After lunchbreak, I will take you in the heart of traditional Indian medicine, aka Ayurveda, the science of longevity ! Come discover your own metabolic constitution (Prakriti) and learn unique practical advices. You might taste something very good too.
