Workshops Yoga & Dance – 2026 – Saturdays

We will begin with a good yoga practice to let go of our tensions, awaken our body and connect within. Soft improvisation, movements exercises using our senses and imagination to ground us into the constant movement of the present moment. Space, movement, music will take us to our own free dance. This workshop invites you to welcome the new from within and to experience yourself differently.

Fee : 40€ / session ; 70€ for 2 sessions or for duo registration for 1 session

Workshop Impro Dance – 21/02/2026 – Saturday

Based on contemporary dance, this workshop welcomes everyone who is open to dive into the present moment. Travelling through bodies and hearts, an individual and a collective experience all at once. A time of expression, letting go and discovery.

Place : Salle Violette d’Hermesande, Saint Pierre d’Entremont en Chartreuse

Time : 09h30 – 11h30

Fee : 25€ for 1 session

Combo with dates Yoga en Chartreuse : 45€ / 2 sessions ou for 2 ppl ; 60€ / 3 sessions

Dance Workshops – INFO IN SEPTEMBER 2026

On Tuesdays twice per month at La Fabrique at the heart of Espace Malraux Scène Nationale of Chambéry in partnership with La Base – tiers lieu.

This workshop is open to all and invite you to welcome and experiment your being through the body, its sensations, its uniqueness and its imaginary.
